CHAIRMAN

Mr. Darshak Sheth

Mr. Darshak Sheth, Chairman of the Company has Graduated from Marathwada University with Industrial Electronics Engineering in the year 1994 and has completed formal Leadership Training program on Management from premium Institute. He Started his career with Indian Marketing Corporation (Siemens System Integrators) Vadodara as Project Engineer. At the age of 24 in 1998 he founded Precise Control Systems to work as Service Franchise of Siemens. He was actively involved in providing technical support services for Siemens products related to Industrial Automation and Electrical (PLC, AC/DC Drives, Switchgear, SCADA, ect).
In the year 1999 He incorporated Precise process Control which started working with Fortune Global 500 Company ABB Limited by associated as their Channel Partner for Gujarat region, after that in 2007 Precise Automation and Control Private Limited was incorporated. He is independent director of a BSE Listed Company i.e. Purity FlexPack Limited since 2007. He is a member of MSME committee of Federation of Small and Medium Scale Industries (Vadodara).
He is highly respected and recognized as expert in Industrial Automation and Electrical Industries in India and abroad. He has demonstrated outstanding professional skills in problem solving and providing Automation solutions for various Industries such as CEMENT, POWER, PLASTICS, TEXTILE, FERTILIZER, STEEL, DAIRY, WATER, FOOD AND BEVRAGES, CHEMICALS, API AND PHARMA.

PRESIDENT

Mr. Samir Raval

Mr. Samir Raval – PRESIDENT (Operations), is an Electrical Engineer. He has also got extensive training from SIEMENS on SCADA and PLC as well as operating E-Plan project execution software. He has more than 27 years’ experience, before joining our team he has worked with prestigious organizations. Started his career with Positronics Private Limited and then worked with Marine Electricals (India) Private Limited, Switchgear and Controls Private Limited, Power Controls Limited, BCH Electricals Limited, Expel Prosys, etc. Lastly he was working with Elecon Group as President Operations. He is heading our operations specially looking after Production and Projects execution.

MARKETING MANAGER

Mr. Ankur Amin

Mr. Ankur Amin, is Science Graduate with Electronics, and working with us since 2006. Presently he is our Marketing Manager and looking after VFD vertical. He is also taking care of commissioning of big projects supplied by us.

Ms. Swapnal Shahane

Ms. Swapnal Shahane, is BE (Electronics) from the M S University with over 17 years’ experience. She is heading our Proposal Department and coordination with Customers for their requirements and technical clarifications. She is working with us since last 11 years. She has also worked with Jetking
Information Limted as Faculty members, Sai Technologies as Project Engineer and Prolific Systems & Technologies Pvt. Ltd as Faculty / Trainer.

Mr. Sumandhar Joshi, Our Technical & Marketing Advisor based in Mumbai is BE (Industrial Electronics) with more then 25 years’ experience at very senior levels with various organization such as Control & Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd, ABB Limited, Rockwell Automations India Pvt. Ltd. And Master Integrators Pvt. Ltd., etc is providing his support to us on Technical Sales and Marketing from Mumbai for our prestigious customers.
