Brief of the Project Done :
We have successfully configured, commissioned & troubleshot of Primary Tech 3500 Pump with Bypass for the Company.
- We had troubleshot & fixed the panel wiring issues properly, fixed HMI to PLC communication.
- We had observed – during the power cycle of PLC & HMI , PLC was not running in healthy mode, So we had changed the configuration in PLC backup and found ok.
- We had configured & changed Chiller DPT in HMI as per system & process requirements & found okay.
- We had configured & modified the backup for Bar & PLC value as per system & process requirements.
- We had modified the HMI parameters as per system & process requirements and found ok.
