We have worked for Commissioning of Pylon Reclaimer.

• We have established communication with HMI & Cluster nodes.
• We have configured Redundancy  in between of two controllers and verified the same.
• All Interlocks are shown in HMI graphics with Alarm History.
• We have done-No Load & Load trail in manual mode.
• Auto trail had been done.
• We have configured Hoist drive, Travel Drive, Scraper chain, PCRD with desired working condition with all interlocks.
• We have provided -Software, Hardware and Operation trainings for the same to the concerned employees.
• Modbus data had been configured on PLC end side for wireless communication system etc.
